Tea Preparation Guide

Organic Green Tea 

TEA BREWING GUIDE

1. Put 3 grams of green tea into a tea pot.

2. Boil the water to the recommended temperature of 80 ° C (176 ° F).

3. Pour the water into the tea pot.

4. Steep for the recommended brewing time 3 minutes.

5. Place the tea strainer over the serving pitcher.

6. Pour into individual tea cups and enjoy.

Organic Hoji Tea

TEA BREWING GUIDE

1. Put 3 grams of Hoji tea into a tea pot

2. Boil the water to the recommended temperature of 95° C (194 ° F).

3. Pour the water into the tea pot.

4. Steep for the recommended brewing time 30 sec-1min.

5. Place the tea strainer over the serving pitcher.

6. Pour into individual tea cups and enjoy.

Organic Ceremonial Matcha

Brewing Guide

Preparation Time: 3 Minutes

Measure: Place 0.5g of Matcha in a bowl.

Heat: Heat water to the recommended temperature of 95° C (203° F)

Mix: Pour the hot water into the bowl.

Use a whisk to mix until frothy.

Serve: Pour the frothy matcha into individual tea cups and enjoy.

Matcha can be enjoy hot or cold.

It’s also perfect for making matcha smoothies.
